To help your entrepreneurial journey during this lockdown various TiE Chapters have come forward to host online events that you can attend virtually.
Here is a list of all events, (March 30-April 3rd, 2020) so that you can make the most out of these resources emerging out of the TiE Network.
April 24: The Rise of AI in Healthcare
Nikhil Bhojwani, Managing Partner at Recon Strategy, will dive into how AI has risen in the healthcare field. During the presentation, he will take attendees from definition through adoption of AI in healthcare, and touch on current applications of AI in the COVID-19 situation. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from an expert about a highly relevant field. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in discussion and ask questions following the presentation.
April 30: For Member Families | Happiness, Laughter and “MOM” Webinar with Sushil Bhatia
Grab your spouse, kids, or pets and join us on Thursday, April 30th at 7pm EST for a family-friendly webinar with Sushil Bhatia on Laughter and MOM (Management of Mind). Professor Bhatia, will guide participants through a virtual program to help uncover the strategies you need to stay happy and healthy during the current environment.
May 1: Blockchain: Where is it heading in the New Normal?
Engage with a panel assembled by Charter Member Thomas Arul as the discussion focuses on blockchain and where new opportunities lie for its application in 2020 and beyond. Keep an eye on your email when speakers are to be announced and we look forward to chatting with you soon!

May 9: Virtual CM Social: Fun Shirts and Smiles Require (Slippers Optional)
Join TiE Boston for our first ever virtual CM Social hosted by Charter Member Purnima Dey on May 9th at 11am EST! Wear your funkiest shirt, adorn yourself with headwear (crowns are encouraged) and BYOB (of any kind!) as we continue to connect as a community. New Charter members will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, and members, new and old alike, will have the chance to get to know one another a bit better in small group discussions. CMs will have a chance to choose virtual meeting rooms on various topics of the time! We look forward to seeing your upper half on the 9th!
